Based upon "Stephen King's Rose Red, " a six-hour original miniseries that aired on ABC in January, 2002, this companion book presents the diary of Ellen Rimbauer, mistress of a ominous Seattle mansion--site of constant construction, shocking scandals, and mysterious deaths since the early 1900s. Ellen describes her life at Rose Red--and personifies the house as a living being. Includes notes by "editor" Joyce Reardon, one of the characters in the miniseries.
